What we move in a warehouse relocation
We handle the bones of the operation: pallet racking and industrial shelving broken down and rebuilt to your new layout, wire and boltless shelving, workbenches, packing stations, and tool storage. Inventory and stock move in an organized, labeled sequence so your product stays accounted for and your team can put it away by zone. We move light equipment, carts, bins, and totes, and for heavy machinery, forklifts, or anything that needs rigging or a millwright, we coordinate the right specialized crew so it's handled safely and on schedule.

Planned to minimize downtime
Every hour a facility is down is orders that don't ship, so we plan the move in phases. We can relocate zone by zone, keep pick paths live while another area transitions, and sequence racking teardown and rebuild so shelving is standing and ready before the inventory arrives. Your coordinator works with facility and building management on both ends, files the certificate of insurance, and books dock doors and access windows so trucks load and unload without waiting. Nights and weekends are on the table when they keep your operation running.
Racking, inventory and equipment handling
Racking is labeled as it comes down so it goes back up the same way, square and safe, to your new floor plan. Inventory moves in a controlled sequence with labeling that maps to your new slotting, so receiving isn't guesswork. Workbenches, tooling, and light equipment are padded and secured, with hardware and small parts bagged and labeled to their unit. Floors, dock plates, and doorways are protected on both ends. For anything that requires certified rigging, anchoring, or utility disconnects, we bring in the right trade and fold it into the schedule.
From last shipment to first shipment
We start with a walkthrough and a labeled layout of the new facility so racking, stations, and inventory land where the workflow needs them. The crew rebuilds shelving first, stages by zone, and sets equipment and stock so your team can start receiving and picking quickly. Your coordinator stays on site through the move, and we finish with a walkthrough of both facilities so the old space is clean for handover and the new one is ready to run.

Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Do you break down and rebuild pallet racking?
Yes. We label racking as it comes down and rebuild it square and safe to your new floor plan, sequencing it so shelving is standing and ready before the inventory arrives.
Can you move heavy machinery or forklifts?
For light equipment we handle it directly. For heavy machinery, forklifts, or anything needing certified rigging, anchoring, or a millwright, we coordinate the right specialized crew and fold that work into the overall schedule so it's done safely.
How do you keep our downtime short?
We phase the move. We can go zone by zone, keep pick paths live while another area transitions, and sequence racking teardown and rebuild so you're back to receiving and shipping as fast as possible. Nights and weekends are options when they help.
Will our inventory stay organized?
Yes. Stock moves in a controlled, labeled sequence mapped to your new slotting, so receiving and put-away happen by zone instead of by guesswork.
Do you handle certificates of insurance and dock scheduling?
We do. Your coordinator files the COI and books dock doors and access windows on both ends with facility and building management so trucks load and unload without waiting.
Do you serve light-industrial and workshop spaces too?
Yes, from a small workshop to a full distribution facility across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC. The crew and plan scale to the job, and the pricing is clear before we start.
