After-hours and weekend crews

If you want desks and cubicles broken down and rebuilt, our crews handle standard disassembly and reassembly as part of the job.
COIs and building requirements
Commercial buildings across the DMV almost always require a certificate of insurance before a truck touches the dock, and downtown DC and Tysons high-rises can be strict about it. FLYT is licensed and insured, and we issue COIs named exactly how your property manager needs them. Send us the building rules and freight elevator hours when you book and we'll file the paperwork ahead of time so move night doesn't stall at the security desk.

Yes, and most commercial jobs we do run overnight or on a weekend. It keeps your team working right up to the move and back online after, and it means the freight elevators and dock are free. We coordinate after-hours building access, HVAC, and security with management on both ends.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
We do. FLYT is licensed and insured, and most commercial buildings in Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland require a COI before move day. Send us your property manager's requirements when you book and we'll issue it named exactly how they need it.

Yes. Standard furniture, desks, and cubicle systems get disassembled at the old space and rebuilt at the new one as part of the move. Tell us the floor plan and we'll set each station where it belongs so your staff sits down and starts working.
How does pricing work for a commercial move?
Local commercial moves are billed hourly by crew size and truck count with a three-hour minimum plus a standard travel fee. Larger or long-distance business relocations are usually quoted as a flat rate after a walkthrough. Either way the estimate is free and there's no charge for stairs or long carries.
