Certificate of insurance
Most managed buildings require a certificate of insurance, or COI, before your movers can touch the freight elevator. Ask your property manager what they need and send it to us early. We handle these all the time and can turn one around quickly.
Elevator and parking windows
Reserve the freight elevator and a loading spot for your time slot. In dense areas, a blocked dock or a missed elevator window can stall the whole move. Book the earliest window you can get.
