Ready To File A Claim?

Before you submit

  1. Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of the item, the damage, and any packaging.

  3. If the item is missing, include a list of what is missing and where it should have been delivered.

  4. Keep the item and packaging in the same condition until we complete the review.

What to include in your claim

  1. Your full name and best contact info

  2. Move date

  3. Origin address and destination address

  4. Invoice number or confirmation number

  5. Crew or coordinator name if you have it

  6. Detailed item description

  7. Estimated value of the item

  8. Photos and supporting documents

What happens next

  1. You submit your claim with supporting photos and details.

  2. Our team reviews the information and may request additional details.

  3. We provide an update with the next steps and a resolution path.
